Satin labels are made of a glossy, polyster- based thread that is soft and smooth. Depending on quality requirements, good quality results can be achieved using a single needle or roller configuration. Printed Satin Labels are pre-made white ribbons with a print. Printed labels are not woven labels. Satin can fade, while woven satin labels will not fade. A reverse satin yarn is used to create a dimensional look that combines a lustrous and matte finish. Satin can be cut with an ultrasonic cutter for smooth edges if your product will be in skin contact. All woven labels are custom made and we will meet your requirements. There are many cuts available. Straight cut (cut around to sew around), centerfold (folded in half with a fold on one side and loose ends on the other) in to sew inside the folds.
